A whole host of FREE events are coming to Thirsk!

Looking for something to do this September?  There are lots of fully funded events to enjoy as part of Bookmarked and they are completely free to attend.  

From discovering local authors and exploring Thirsk’s heritage to family fun, storytelling and creative activities, there’s plenty to get involved with.

And there’ll be plenty happening out and about across the town too!

Thirsk Royal British Legion Band will be bringing some live music to the streets and helping us celebrate Bookmarked!

The Art Doctors will also be in town, ready to prescribe the perfect event for you. Whether you’re in need of a creative fix, a dose of storytelling or a little cultural pick-me-up, they’ll help you find your perfect prescription!

With 24 events across Thirsk from 11-13 September, there’s a mix of paid and fully funded activities, so you can pick and choose what works for you.

Some events require booking, even though they’re fully funded, so make sure you check the programme and book your place where needed.
