Your library needs people like you!

Are you interested in being part of a warm hub at the heart of the community?  In return you could make new friends, learn new skills and be part of a friendly and welcoming team.  Full training and support is provided, and there are opportunities to join in with social events throughout the year.

We have many volunteer roles including:

Library assistants, helping customers access the range of library resources

Digital buddies, helping the community with technical and online difficulties

Library ambassadors, promoting the library in your neighbourhood

Activity assistants, supporting groups and clubs for both adults and children

We also welcome discussions from people who could help with fundraising, marketing and administration.
